The health situation caused by the pandemic we are suffering, forces us to suspend the 2020 edition of the Llobregat Open Chess Tournament, as we had scheduled.
This year, in agreement with the Catalan Chess Federation, we renounce to the celebration of the Llobregat Open Chess Tournament and we facilitate the celebration of the Barcelona World E-Chess Open – Ciutat de Barcelona on the same dates: www.elllobregat.com/barcelonaworldechessopen. An initiative of the Federation itself; a competition, through the Internet, which we hope will be a success.
We hope to resume the organization of the Llobregat Open Chess Tournament in 2021, from November 28th to December 8th.
